Ticket Exchanges & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of an organizational processing error, performance cancellation by Soom Soloist Ensemble, or actions outside the normal control of the organization.

If a refund is issued, then it will only be issued to the original payment method.

A Note About EventBrite’s Fees
EventBrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they will not be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is canceled or the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.
